− Das man sowohl am Anreise als auch am Abreisetag den Spa extra zahlen musste. Das machen andere Hotels besser, dass man nach dem auschecken noch den Spa Bereich den Rest des Tages nutzen kann, ohne Zusatzkosten.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln, welche man mit wenigen Handgriffen ausräumen kann.

Der Empfang war sehr schön, auch mit dem Willkommens Getränk. Am Frühstück ist absolut nichts auszusetzen (alles da was man sich wünscht), ebenso zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant am Abend oder auch zwischendurch für ein kühles Getränk. Die Unterbringung der Fahrräder ist Spitzenklasse. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals in allen Bereichen ist erstklassig. Der Saunabereich ist vollkommen in Ordnung (vielleicht etwas Pflegebedürftig) und man kann sich gut erholen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden.

− Leider keine Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer. Die Fliegengitter sind in unserem Zimmer zum Teil defekt gewesen, aber nichts was man nicht mit ein paar Handgriffen reparieren könnte. Dann könnte man vielleicht auch gleich die Fenster einstellen. Leider wurde auch versäumt den Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon zu leeren vor unserer Ankunft (nicht so schön für Nichtraucher). Auch das man sehr laut die Spülung im Nachbarzimmer wahrgenommen hat, hat etwas gestört. Das innen Pool war milchig und im außen Pool war eine Algenbildung schon sehr fortgeschritten (sehr glitschig und beim Verlassen roch es etwas brackig). Aber nichts was man mit etwas Zuwendung nicht aus der Welt schaffen könnte.
