Photos and Reviews Did Not Match Reality
4.0Nice location and easy to get around, but unfortunately the hotel was very disappointing. The property is in serious need of maintenance and renovation. It does not look like the photos online and feels very run down. There were several issues throughout the stay, including things that either did not work properly or clearly had not been maintained. The staff was friendly enough, but not attentive or service-focused. The most frustrating part was when they suggested we had broken the toilet, even though the issue was clearly a small leak from the hose connection and the toilet already flushed poorly. It was disappointing and surprising that they tried to blame guests for what seemed like basic maintenance neglect. Based on my experience, I do not understand the high ratings. The positive reviews and photos did not match the reality of this property at all. Be careful before booking. Overall, the location is good, but the facilities and service do not match the expectations set online. At best, this feels like a 2- or 3-star hotel. I would not stay here again and would recommend avoiding it.

− The rooms can be odd - this time I got a great room that doesn't have too many random steps or weird stuff but other times I've had rooms that are very strange. Also, the place feels vacant. No vibe...for such a cool place. The pool is cool, but why no bar at the pool?
