10.0The ambiance of this place was great! We had a room that had a door to the atrium which gave it a nice "feel". The rooms very all decorated and the beds were so comfortable.
− My only complaint was we only stayed one night. I will be back, I'm sure!
Overall a nice little get away and the hotel served its purpose.
10.0Next time ask if we have pets because the first room was on the 1st floor and the room smelled like pets and I ended up getting the room moved to the 5th floor.
− The fact that they tried to put me in a pet room because of the discount that I used by booking thru booking.com

− When my trash was emptied by housekeeping the bags wasn’t replaced. I had to go down to the fri t desk to ask for trash bags.

9.0Location and staff was great. The room was clean with plenty of towels and bath products.
− The bed pillows were kind of flat and uncomfortable, the beds were good. Room felt a little warm at night but otherwise great.
