No se utilizó esta reserva,porque cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que no la tenian en su sistema. Y que ellos tenia el hotel completo, cosa que era mentira porque cuando estaba buscando alojamiento para el otro dia , salían habitaciones. Hice la reclamación espero mi devolución Esa reserva estaba confirmada y pagada Y estaba con dos niños, para que me digan que no podían solucionarlo

Location was good - near bus station and metro station.

− Had to insist on what I had booked - a double bed. Room was very small. Expensive for what it was.
