Go here if you want to sleep well and still be near old town
10.0What they all say is true, this is a fantastic place to stay in San Sebastian. Sleep was great: it's a very quiet area, heard no noise what so ever from the street, aircon works perfectly and makes little noise, good bed. Perfect location of course, easy to reach both beaches and old town and the local area is great too with many cafes and shops. Free beach towels and umbrellas, coffee machine, water with cucumber/lime in the common areas etc are all convenient and nice touches. The host Luis is cery friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to come back

Super hyggeligt og afslappet ophold med venlige mennesker.
9.0Pensionen lå helt perfekt. Meget tæt på stranden og på den gamle bydel. Ved 10 minutters gang kunne man faktisk nå hen til mange steder i byen. Det var et lille hyggeligt sted med 3 værelser, der alle havde eget bad og toilet. Aircondition virkede fint, og det lille fælles køkken var rent og pænt, og der var kaffe, te, frisk vand mm.

Please note that parties are not allowed at Pensión Joakina.
Please note that children are allowed to stay in the apartments, but not in the rooms.
The low floors and the entrance are under renovation, all the balconies and views are available as we don´t have the scafolding any more. Renovation work is done from 9 to 17.30 from Monday to Friday. Some rooms may be affected by noise as the works are almost over.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
