7.0Easy check in, parking close to the room. Staff were welcoming, I spoke with a cleaning lady about getting fresh towels the next day she was lovely. Spacious room, I liked the firm bed and pillows. It was an okay stay for us, (husband, 13yr old and I) hubby had to work nearby. This place had what we needed for the 2 nights we stayed. Location was handy and easy to get to. Hubby could park his small work truck onsite at the front while I parked our car there also. We used the heat pump the 1st night expecting it to be cold but 2nd night we didn't, was warm without. Had extra blankets in a cupboard if needed. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate & milk provided. Did have a microwave, a cook top and bar fridge. Shower & toilet were nice & clean, they provide pump soap in the shower and hair wash. Spa pool could be booked privately at 30min time slots, this seamed to be plenty time for a soak the office provides spa towels when picking up the key.
− There was a gap at the edge of the wall from the toilet and bathroom areas that joined the kitchen/room area so you can be heard while in the bathroom or toilet, didn't feel that private although there was a door with a lock. Shared spa pool was ok, couldn't get max massage/bubbles was one level. Road noise was loud, could hear it from our room through the night.
