9.0Excellent location, right in the heart of the old town. Our room was beautiful, in the traditional architecture. The only problem was we should have booked a longer stay.
− The is a slight sound proofing issue. We heard our neighbors but having said that it is a very old building, so that is to be expected.

Please note that all standards rooms, all superior rooms and some of the special suites are located in an annex building named "Vila do Ouro ". This annex building is located in front of the reception building.
Guests must specify the desired bed configuration to the hotel, prior the arrival.
The parking facility, with entrance on Fresca Street, has limited spaces that are subject to availability.
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
