10.0A beautiful alpine retreat with stunning rustic interiors, cosy chalets, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptional—friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. The food was excellent, and every detail of the property felt special. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

10.0Everything! Fabulous amount of space, well equipped, great swimming pool, spa/wellness centre. Good location to access ski hire and to get onto the slopes.
− Unfortunately our chalet was joined to another in which a family had young children. The children were up early (6am) and very noisy - better soundproofing would have been welcome!

Un piccolo villaggio delle fiabe
8.0Lo stile della costruzione La vicinanza al centro con una passeggiata comoda che passa dagli impianti di risalita Personale molto cordiale La camera era deliziosa, arredata con gusto e la cucina molto ben equipaggiata.
− La spa è decisamente piccola ed esterna alla struttura principale. La dimensione sauna al limite del claustrofobico . Al mattino all'accesso alla piscina non c'è sorveglianza e ho dovuto discutere con una cliente inglese che era entrata nella zona piscina ( in tuta da sci e scarpe e aveva appoggiato tutto vicino al lettino) affinché uscisse subito e andasse a spogliarsi , indossasse le ciabattine e lasciasse le sue cose nello spogliatoio dedicato che peraltro è comodissimo. La cliente inglese mi ha pure chiesto chi fossi io per osare dirle cosa fare ma dietro mie insistenze si è arresa ed è andata a lasciare tutto l'armamentario da sci nello spogliatoio.. È stato molto sgradevole e se ci fosse stato personale mi sarei evitata una discussione , per giunta in inglese.. I piumini del letto piegati doppi sono scomodi e ci si ritrova sempre scoperti I piedi.
