Lo que más me gusta es la ubicación del hotel. Lo que menos, mal funcionamiento AA, poca vigilancia en el comportamiento de huéspedes: permiten que fumen en las habitaciones.

Bueno me la esperaba mejor siendo un hotel de 4 estrellas, las habitaciones muy viejas, las camas no muy cómodas, la comida insípida y no de muy buena calidad, por no hablar del camino a la playa desde el hotel que está lleno de avispas.

Bom hotel de férias de praia em família. A/C a meu ver deficitário nos quartos. A internet Wi-Fi do hotel não funciona e a da Vodafone é muito fraquinha. Em geral boas condições de acomodamento e comida agradável. Colaboradores muito simpáticos, inclusivé tinham duas Portuguesas estagiárias a trabalhar na recepção o que facilita muito a comunicação. O parque de estacionamento é demasiado caro e sem alternativas.

O hotel é bom, tem muita animação tanto para crianças como para adultos . Os empregados são simpáticos. O Wi-Fi é muito mau mesmo . E ter uma piscina grande em manutenção não é muito simpático para os hóspedes em termos estéticos apesar de ter outra piscina em funcionamento. Hotel necessitava de uma remodelação . Mas no geral foi agradável.

la ubicación del hotel es maravillosa, junto al lado de la playa y al final de matalascañas, por lo que la playa es mucho más tranquila y está muy cerca. La limpieza del hotel está muy bien, así como la atención del personal. Respecto a esto, solo se les puede achacar que en el restaurante van con prisas, dada la cantidad de clientes que hay y los pocos camareros que tienen. En cuanto a las instalaciones, se nota que no se ha invertido en remodelar las habitaciones. carecen totalmente de insonorización (se escuchan las habitaciones de los lados). la terraza, a pesar de estar separada, solo está separada por un panel que no va de pared a pared, por lo que se puede ver las terrazas de ambos lados. El mobiliario, aunque cómodo, es anticuado (no quiero decir que este en mal estado, esta todo perfecto). En cuanto al bufet la verdad es que la comida en general estaba buena, pero había pocas opciones. En el desayuno, además, clama un poco que no haya zumo más que de sobre... como si fuera Tang que tienes que coger en una máquina. Por otro lado, aunque es cierto que se indica en su web, en el bufet no esta incluida la bebida, que por el precio no creo que fuera mucho problema incluir al menos el agua, la cual, por cierto, no ofrecen en jarra como dicta la nueva ley de residuos, solo en botellas…
