Handy location. Lovely big room with balcony

− The bathroom needed a bit of a repair.
Was a convenient quiet spot very handy to Duke of Gloster Hotel which was good for meals

− Shower spread water all over bathroom floor, even around the toilet, need to mop floor after using shower, worst shower set up ever due to this. didn't replenish chocolate sachets and only enough for 1 drink. Shower gel was nearly empty.

7.0It was a great location for the event we were attending. It was surprisingly quiet for being on a reasonably busy road. The in unit sky with pause and recording function was a huge bonus.
− The office was mostly shut, barely attended

5.0I had an undercover car park which was good as the weather was terrible.
− I would not class this as the luxury accommodation they advertised. At most I would say 2.5*. General air of uncleanliness, the toilet seat was stained and peeling on the edges, the carpets appeared stained/grimy and the air con unit looked like it had never been cleaned in its lifetime.
