10.0Dave was a great host! He was very kind, in spite of us losing our keys until moments before we left! We loved learning about the history of the home. The breakfast was great--especially the maple bacon 🥓 😋
The Mulburn Inn was the perfect choice for us, we will definitely be back.
10.0Everything! The grounds are gorgeous. We spent a lot of time sitting by the fire pit relaxing and reading a book. The inside is decorated so beautifully with many antiques in the perfect spots. Karen definitely has a knack for design. Dave made us beautifully plated breakfast daily that tastes better than any restaurant we’ve been to. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well.
This was a fabulous experience in a beautiful house and a beautiful rural location.
10.0Both the lodging and food were fantastic. The room was charming, the front porch had rocking chairs and also had a screened option. The food was fantastic. The proprietors were friendly and helpful. They provided amenities like coffee, water, access to shared spaces.

10.0The breakfast was lovely. The room was large with the most comfortable bed. There was tea coffee and water available. The Inn was a lovely clean, interesting, quirky place to stay. We will certainly stay again when we next visit. Thank you.

10.0My wife and daughter went to Littleton to go to a funeral for a dear friend. I couldn't make the wake and funeral so I was concerned that they were ok. Karen upgraded them to a bigger room. I wrote an email to Karen to saying how I grateful I was and explained the situation. Dave called me that night to say your welcome. They took good care of my girls. They made a bad situation a little easier. Such kindness you can't get from a cold hotel room. Thank you Dave and Karen We will be back.
Beautiful historic home with exceptional breakfast
10.0Fantastic, beautiful historic property hosted by Dave and his wife. Super friendly hosts, great suggestions while we traveled, made to order breakfast that was exceptional and delicious. The host provided water, and allowed us to use a small refrigerator during our stay. Our room was the Andrew Jackson room- a spacious corner room overlooking the back patio. The property is beautiful with plenty of gathering spaces for multiple guest parties. This was an outstanding treasure during our travel throughout New Hampshire. I highly recommend to stay here if traveling through the white mountains in New Hampshire.
