10.0Super nice staff. Extremely clean rooms. Older hotel, but it had all the needed amenities. Would definitely suggest this to anyone going to Durango.
The promotional information online didn’t match the reality of the condition of the room.
3.0− My room assignment was in a hall, in the corner. Room next door had their air conditioner on high. Outside area was too hot due to heat created by the other rooms air conditioner. Inside my room Aircondioner wasn’t turned on, could only imagine how noisy that would be. Also lights in room were maybe 40 watt. Asked for a room change. Another room wasn’t available. Best news in this situation was, who ever was on duty would allow me to get refund through Bookings. com

− Something you can’t avoid when in a popular town is the road noise but we turned our air on overnight and never heard it.

10.0Had to get a room last minute as our plans were interrupted due to 🔥 fire. Place is nice clean accommodating. The hot tub was perfect after long drive.
