Eve went beyond the call of duty for me
10.0I want to let management know how wonderful Eve was last night (7/19). I had an issue with my AC and she very politely moved me to an upgraded room and brought me a cart and my new room key. She went up and BEYOND what any desk agent would do. I am currently a lifetime titanium Marriott member and now will be considering coming back to Hilton because of her. 10.0Chef Kadher at the Omelette bar makes this a 5 star experience! He is so lovely and makes the best egg white omelettes! Rooms are spacious, clean and bright! Staff are all lovely and welcoming. Wish there was some green space like an outdoor courtyard.
