− Os itens do café da manhã é todo revirado, bagunçado e demoram para tepor os itens do café, principalmente pão de queijo e suco. A fila de tapioca e omelete demora em média 40/50 minutos. A limpeza do hotel é péssima. O chão do quarto fica grudando como se tivesse passado pano sujo. A área comum, piscina, restaurante também falta limpeza. O colchão da cama é duro. Não tem box no banheiro e o chão fica todo molhado.

Good to know

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

The credit card holder used to secure the reservation needs to be present upon check-in.
