7.0Das Frühstücksbuffet war super. Das Personal sehr freundlich.
− Täglich die Betten neu beziehen muß nicht sein,daß ist ok.Aber es sollte doch ohne Anmeldung an der Rezeption selbstverständlich sein ,daß die Bäder täglich gereinigt werden. Die Sicherheitsstandandarts sollten dringend überarbeitet werden! Stufen in dunklen Ecken nicht beleuchtet oder gekennzeichnet. Eine beschädigte Glastür,die drohte herauszufallen, wurde trotz Hinweis erst am nächsten Tag repariert und die Gefahrenquelle wurde auch nicht gekennzeichnet.

− Das Haus ist gefühlt in den 90‘er saniert worden und seitdem nur noch auf Erhalt Weiterbetrieben worden . Ich hatte die Suite gebucht…… das war alles einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß. U.a. Liess sich die Tür zum separaten Schlafzimmer nicht schließen, da sich der Boden abgesenkt hat. Und ich kann einen Kommentar eines Gastes vor mir bestätigen, der Hausmeister hat auch beim Frühstücksbuffet mitgewirkt. Im übrigen war dieses Büfett, auch eine Bestätigung der Bewertung eines Gastes vor mir, nicht viel wert.

4.0− At man under bookningen ikke bliver tilstrækkeligt oplyst om at øverste etage KUN kan nåes med trappe …den melding får man først på ordrebekræftelsen ! Ingen hjælp at hente i receptionen for et eventuelt værelsesbytte selv om det var muligt da vi tjekkede på booking.com Manglende information om at der var elevatoradgang til restaurationen for dårligt gående … vi måtte op ad en vindeltrappe fra receptionen og finder først ud af ved tjek ud at der var elevatoradgang fra en anden fløj ! De skilter med baren åben men pga. personalemangel var den ikke åben for gæsterne … Handicapparkeringen blev brugt til reservation til specielle gæster ( var sat navn på ) Generel bare en dårlig oplevelse som kunne ha’ været bedre med en lidt mere serviceminded person i receptionen
