10.0La Atención del chico de la Recepción por la mañana

NO VUELVO A LLEGAR AL VISTA INN.....
2.0− El desayuno que nos aseguraron que desde las 6 am lo servían y resulto que eran las 7:30 y solo había fruta y al ir a reclamar a recepción, nos comentaron que por la baja ocupación lo "personalizaban" detalle que no nos comunicaron en su momento y como ese día salía del hotel ya no nos quedamos al desayuno. Por otro lado, en la primera noche que llegamos después de regresar del evento al que asistimos y al usar el baño resulto que estaba tapado, por ser medianoche ya no lo reportamos a recepcion;al día siguiente baje a recepción a las 6 am a enterarlos del problema y la respuesta fue "a las 7 que llegue la gente de mantenimiento suben a destaparlo" al pensar que era algo ligero les pedí una bomba para destapar el sanitario lo cual no pude hacer debido tal vez que la tapazon era grande ya molesto pedí que me cambiaran de habitación, cosa que había solicitado desde las 6 am y la señorita de recepción no quiso hacer, ya en ese momento al verme ya molesto accedió a cambiarnos de habitación en fin algo les aseguro que en mi próxima visita a Poza Rica no estarán entre las opciones a considerar.
