− Huge lines and excessive waiting time on the elevators. Plan to waste at least 30min per day with the elevators. Breakfast is way too crowded.

This hotel played a big part in making our NYC family vacation a success. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. There were plenty of hot and cold options each morning, and everything was well stocked. It was a great way to start the day and saved us both time and money. Our room was surprisingly spacious for New York City—if you know, you know! Traveling with a baby, the kitchenette and full-size refrigerator were lifesavers. Having the extra space made our stay much more comfortable. We parked our car in New Jersey and didn't need it again until we left. We walked almost everywhere, and the hotel's location made it easy to get to Penn Station and the Port Authority Bus Terminal. We never needed an Uber. We also enjoyed walking to Times Square at night for dessert and sightseeing. As a mom traveling with my daughters, I always felt safe in the area. The beds were very comfortable, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They even held our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy a few more hours in the city before leaving, which we really appreciated. I truly have no complaints. Between the location, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, and outstanding service, I would absolutely stay here again. If you're looking for a family-friendly hotel in Midtown Manhattan, I highly recommend Element by Marriott Times Square North.

Our stay was frustrating due to poor communication, incorrect room assignment.

The location of the hotel.

− Our stay was disappointing due to several service issues\. At check\-in, the front desk did not provide any information about the hotel’s amenities, leaving us unaware of what was available during our stay\. We had specifically requested a city\-view room, but upon arrival we were assigned the wrong room\. When we brought this to the front desk’s attention, we were told, *“Oh, we just placed you in any room to hold your reservation\.”* This was especially frustrating because we had called ahead to let the hotel know that our arrival would be delayed due to a flight cancellation caused by weather—circumstances that were completely beyond our control\. We made it clear that we were still coming and expected our reserved room to be honored\. To make matters worse, we were locked out of our room for nearly an hour due to an issue with our room access\. This delay caused us to arrive late to an engagement we had already scheduled\. Overall, the lack of communication, poor handling of our reservation, and room access issues made for a very frustrating experience.

Only location. Room size are extremly small and not suitable for double occupancy. Corridors are very narrow, waiting period for elevator very high and furniture were very old. It is not a value for money.
