− The entry to the parking lot needs a bit of work.

1.0Didn't get our rooms. No one at office to check in. We went to another property and paid again.
− No service rang bell and called number on door. It would take 30 minutes before anyone could come and check us in. We arrived 3:30 pm check in was after 3pm.

− Dirty and in need of updating. Mystery substance on bathroom entry. Carpet needed replaced 5 years ago and mattress needed replaced 20 years ago.
I will never use booking.com again

− Desk had no explanation and would not process a cancellation or call booking.com to issue the refund.
