Pleasantly surprised with the extra step of meeting me at my car when I parked
8.0The lady that met me at my car, carried my bag to my room and had my room warmed up as I phoned prior to announce my estimated arrival time. These are the little extras that separate the good and the great.
− The bathroom being so old. It was clean but really could do with an upgrade. Also the pillows were clearly old too.
