− No me preguntaron si me acomodaba la habitación sin balcón y tuvimos problemas con el lavamanos del baño de la habitación

− Iniciando, el personal de recepción, atiende muy mal. Cero Atención al cliente La habitación tenía un ruido de agua corriendo. El Chat no contesta nadie En el desayuno, la variedad, nada especial. Y lo peor es que en el baño, la tina tiene hongos, lo que es muy asqueroso, la habitación tiene un valor de 200,000 pesos y creo que con eso podrían comprar cloro.

− Se nota que hace mucho no remodelan la suite presidencial. Cortinas y alfombras viejas y manchadas. En la recepción no me dieron saludo de bien venida apenas si hablaba.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax.
