10.0Due to late flights, we arrived at Yeng Keng Hotel at 5am. I had informed the hotel and they had been very communicative and reassuring that there would be hotel staff to greet us; it was no problem at all. When we arrived, they were truly delightful, bringing us a refreshing local drink and checking us in quickly and with huge smiles. We were shown to our rooms which were spotless and very comfortable.
− Very little! The hotel café/restaurant closed between 3-6pm so there was no way to order any food or drink (other than water or tea/coffee) during this time which was a shame.

10.0Kleines historisches Hotel in der Altstadt. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Kleiner sauberer Pool, wo wir nachmittags im ein Platz gefunden haben.
− Beim Frühstück hätte es mehr unterschiedliches lokales Obst geben können.

10.0Beautiful heritage hotel in the heart of Georgetown. Amazing friendly staff, everyone had a ready smile and took their time to answer any questions and give us any information. Pool and garden area is so pretty and cute, good variety at breakfast.

Please be informed that Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang (PBAPP) has announced a scheduled water supply disruption in Penang from 25th to 28th April 2025.
