6.0Bina ve oda, otelden ziyade eski bir işhanı gibi görünüyor. Bu anlamda fotoğraflardan farklıydı. Banyosu temizdi. Ulaşım açısından kolay, önünde tramvay durağı var, karşısında ise marketler var.
