6.0Overall it was quite good. Table service was slow, and often had to grab the waiters attention to prompt him. One New Years Eve , following our starter, we actually sat and watched half a dozen different guests arrive after us, get served their starter, main and sweet and then leave again, before we had even received our main course. And even then we had to grab the waiters attention. May be it was because we are English?

8.0Very warm. Clean. Great view from bedroom. Service at dinner, was often very slow. To the point we thought we'd been forgotten a few times. Other customers were often in after us and served well before us while dining.

Quiet family run hotel, excellent for its class.
10.0Highly recommended for its class, but bear in mind it is only 2 star so fairly basic. A car is useful, although regular bus winter and summer so ok for skiing about 2km from the slopes. This hotel is probably busier in summer than winter although I am not sure why as for budget family accommodation it is very good. No night life, you have to drive/take a taxi to Morzine, about 10 mins away.
