− Poorly managed property. Smelly, non functional rooms and services. Extremely Disappointing stay for three price we paid.

2.0This hotel is overpriced given its very mediocre facilities. Major drawback: the only option to move around was to use the only taxi driver made available by the hotel, who was charging 2 to 3 times the normal rate and proved unreliable. Foreign tourists should avoid this hotel.
Worth half the price we paid. Bad experience and bad stay quality.
3.0Only the sleep quality and climate control of the room. Swimming pool is well maintained because it is shared with a neighbouring hotel. It is not owned alone by Sandalwood.
− Breakfast menu was lower than mediocre. We went to this place after 4 yrs thinking they will have improved, but they have decreased the standard and soon to disappear in the competition. Not at all with the price paid for. Restaurant menu is overpriced comparing the quantity. 325 for a vegetable where only 1 adult and child can manage.
