The high rate is giving to the receptionist-Annie, she is lovly and gave us a heater so we could stay warm in the cold

− Our aircon wasn’t working during our stay and no one could fix it because we’ve been told that no engineer worked during weekends

− Beds were hard as a rock in both rooms. Like sleeping on cement. This was basically our only grievance with the place and why we probably wouldn’t return.

Overall was a nice place to stay, with bbq common area, good spa bathtub and pool area

− kids bedroom did not get warm from main airconditioner area during cold winter nights. It was not a heater available at the appartment.
