Would be a great stay if prepared - not for drop in..

We were obviously in the off season and the room was not prepared well, the location and view were good

− the bed sucked, the tv didn't work and room didn't have towels and the reception not manned.

− Blocked drain, couch arm broken and leather peeling. We came back late from drone show and kitchen was covered in ants. Carpet rotting in places. Approached staff and nothing happened. Pretty views but property was unkempt and pretty gross to be fair

We were sadto see the condition of the property and lack of presence from the staff.

The view of the lake

− Very run down and unkept. The pool fence was all broken. The playground was unsafe. The skip bin was over flowing with rubbish. The grounds were generally very untidy. The rooms were clean but very run down. The lounge chairs should be thrown out and tv need upgrading.
