6.0Das Appartement erstreckte sich über 2 Etagen mit 1 Treppe in das Schlafzimmer, der Platz war recht großzügig, schönes großes Bad, Parkplatz in der Nähe kein Problem, zum See waren es ca.200m.
− Die Ausstattung der Küche ließ zu wünschen übrig, es fehlte z.B. ein Schneidbrett und das vermutlich schon länger, den Kratzspuren auf der Arbeitsplatte nach zu urteilen. Die einzige Pfanne hatte keinen Deckel, es gab ein zweiflammiges Cerankochfeld und eine Mikrowelle. Sehr spartanisch, zumal die Unterkunft dafür wirbt, wie zu Hause kochen zu können. Da hätte ich mir einen kleinen Backofen (gibt es mit Mikrowelle) und eine gelegentliche Kontrolle der Kochutensilien gewünscht. Ein nächstes Problem ist die Ausstattung und Reinigung. Da kann man unterschiedlicher Meinung sein, aus Umweltschutzgründen finde ich es völlig in Ordnung, nicht jeden Tag die Wäsche zu wechseln und die Räumlichkeiten zu reinigen. Aber nur die Grundausstattung anzubieten und alles weitere kostenpflichtig ist eigentlich in einem Hotel nicht hinzunehmen. Bei einem Aufenthalt von bis zu 1 Woche ist das in Ordnung aber darüber hinaus, auch im Hinblick auf den Preis, schon sehr befremdlich. In Der Strand war am Morgen sehr schön, da die vielen Menschen erst am späten Vormittag kamen, weil es sich um den öffentlichen Strand des Ortes handelte und das Hotel Bestandteil einer großen Ferienanlage ist, was an sich kein Problem ist, aber in der Beschreibung so nicht kommuniziert wurde und wir eher nicht so die Menschenansammlungen suchen. Angesichts dieser Umstände halte ich den Preis von 120,00 Euro für die reine Übernachtung für sehr ambitioniert.

− Leider war die Terrasse für mehrere Parteien vorgesehen, somit konnten die Balkontüren nicht unbeobachtet offen stehen bleiben!

− Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Im Preis könnte ein kostenloser Handtuchtausch und eine Grundreinigung in der Woche inklusive sein.

− Nach 22 Uhr immer noch spielende Kinder und Jungendliche im Aussenbereich, keine klimatisierten Zimmer, kein Fliegen und Mücken Schutz. Hunde am Badestrand und am Spielplatz.
