Wir hatten nicht den Erholungseffekt, den wir uns erhofften.

Die Lage war gut, direkt am See. Das Hotelpersonal war höflich und entgegenkommend. Der Außenpool war sehr gut, ebenso die Außengestaltung.
− Im Appartmement hatten wir Ameisen, die über den Tisch liefen. Erst beim 3. Mal wurde jemand geschickt, der Abhilfe schaffte. Die Badtür klemmte und ging nur zur Hälfte auf. Ein Küchenoberschrank ließ sich nicht schließen, sodass Verletzungsgefahr bestand, da sich darunter die Spüle befand. Ein Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht abdunkeln. Im Bad roch es sehr unangenehm, dieser Geruch ging auch nach öfteren Einsprühen nicht weg. Das Hauskeeping machte nur das Nötigste ( Müll entsorgen und Handtücher wechseln). Sie waren in 2 Minuten fertig. Booking.com teilte uns vor der Reise mit, dass sich der Name des Hotels geändert hätte, für uns würde sich nichts ändern. Weit gefehlt. Als wir ankamen würde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir Frühstück und Abendessen in einer Italienischen Trattoria einnehmen müssten, da das Hotelrestaurant geschlossen war. Die Trattoria war mit der Bewirtung der Hotelgäste total überlastet, eine reine Massenabfertigung. Plätze und Besteck musste man sich ergattern, der Lautstärkepegel war sehr hoch, das Angebot auf ein Minimum beschränkt. Wir haben uns dann lieber selbst versorgt, was wir eigentlich nicht wollten.

Das Apartment
− Das gesamte ungepflegte Objekt, alles geschlossen, kein Restaurant, Frühstück auswärts. Das Frühstücksbüfett beim Italiener immer leer, lag angeblich am Hotel, weil die falsche Personenzahlen übermittelt haben. Der Strand eine Zumutung. Baden war da nicht möglich. Keine Boote ausleihen, alles anders als beschrieben. 4 Sterne ist ein Witz.

Die Lage war super! Das Personal sehr freundlich! Besonders das Personal in dem Restaurant, in dem wir gefrühstückt haben.
− Wir haben im Vorfeld keine Info erhalten, das das Restaurant geschlossen war. Das war für uns ein Kriterium für die Buchung.

Die Lage und unser Appartment waren schön.
− Kein Restaurant hatte offen, denn neben dem Hafenrestaurant, welches schon lange geschlossen ist, wurde auch noch das Restaurant im Haupthaus während unseres Aufenthaltes geschlossen.
