La ubicación

− La limpieza del hotel era mejorable, en los pasillos se veía bastante sucio, en la puerta del hotel lleno de colillas sin recoger, y las llaves de las habitaciones se estropeaban varias veces al día. Una de las televisiones de la suit funcionaba mal.

La habitacion y el chico que nos ayudo en el parking

− El servicio de cena. Decidimos cenar en el propio hotel pensando que sería una opción cómoda, pero tardaron aproximadamente una hora en servirnos la comida. Al llegar, únicamente nos ofrecieron la carta, mientras que unos señores que estaban cenando en una mesa cercana nos comentaron que también había menú, opción que a nosotros en ningún momento nos ofrecieron. Además, habíamos avisado al camarero de que queríamos pedir todo para compartir y, aun así, nos trajeron todos los platos a la vez. Éramos cuatro personas y tuvimos que comer directamente en el plato del pan porque ni siquiera nos habían preparado platos adecuados para compartir.

El personal es amable. La ubicación es muy buena. Es silencioso y tranquilo.

− Varios puntos: - En precio de la habitación NO está incluido el SPA. En la mayoría de hoteles con estas instalaciones se da por hecho que entra en el precio. 16€ euros por persona. Muy elevado para el estado de las instalaciones. La ducha del vestuario daba pena. - Tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente y haga el día siguiente no obtuvimos ninguna solución ni recompensa por las molestias. - Durante toda la estancia la tarjeta de acceso no funcionaba teniendo que ir continuamente a recepción a que la reactivasen. Necesitan ponerse las pilas.
