− No me gustó el colchón para dormir muy duro no pude dormir me levante con dolor de espalda y las almohadas muy delgadas tel hotel esta muy lindo sus áreas y el cuarto pero si no puedes dormir cómodo de que sirve

10.0TODO, Todo el personal muuuuy amable, me impresionó que tienen albercas climatizadas!!!!!!!!!!!! Nunca había vivido esa experiencia. También me pareció más que excelente el inflable para bebés con el que cuenta el hotel en la alberca. Una estadía relajante y tranquila, todo lo que imaginábamos y más.
− Un par de cosas no me gustaron, que cuando hice la reservación y pago de mi estadía me preguntaron si quería una cuna e indiqué que sí, y pues nunca la pusieron. Que la alberca la cerraban a las 9, me hubiera encantado poder dormir a mis bebés y disfrutar un poco la alberca con mi esposa, así que sugiero se amplíe el acceso a albercas al menos una hora más. Tampoco me gustó que en las fotos que Booking tiene en su perfil para promocionar el hotel hay una foto de otros juegos infantiles diferentes a los que tiene. Es decir tiene una foto de los que actualmente tiene y otra foto de unos que no existen. (Supongo que olvidaron eliminar esa foto) pero ese detalle fue crucial en nuestra decisión de ir a este Hotel y no a otros que estábamos considerando. Y me gustaría sugerir algo con las albercas precisamente ... tan solo unos metros las separan... yo creo que deberían de estar conectadas y así formar una sola alberca en la que decidieras ir a cualquier parte de ellas una vez dentro. (Bueno, esa es solo una sugerencia) Ahhh y también que no hay una rampa o escaleras dentro del estacionamiento hacia el interior del hotel. La única rampa está por el exterior hacia la entrada principal al lobby. Pero fuera de eso, TOOOODOOO ESTUVOOOO MÁS QUE EXCELENTEEE!!!! Gracias a todo el personal por su atención.
