Pretty good value overall
7.0Really impressed with the gluten free breakfast options, really friendly staff and atmosphere in the bar.
− The duvet was very warm, it was impossible to use or move the chair in the room and there was an exposed sharp corner of the desk that my daughter nearly scraped herself on.

8.0Our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was replenished with hot food regularly.
− The Air conditioning in our room, 106, didn't work at all. A slip mat is needed in the shower, I almost fell because of the slippery shower base. Guests parking in disabled spaces without displaying a blue badge.....so inconsiderate.

Lovely staff, very clean and lovely breakfast
10.0The lady on the desk was lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Offered us help with our bags as we had a new baby and our hands full. The hotel itself blew us away for the price, 2 nights were very reasonable. The entryway and bar area was really nice. The photos didn’t do it justice. Rooms spotless and cot ready as requested.
− I honestly couldn’t pick any flaws with this hotel, was excellent.
