Wunderschöne Strände, unzufrieden stellendes Setup.
1.0Das Personal, das die Zimmer sauber macht war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
− Nahezu alles. Das Buffet war leider kaum genießbar. Das Personal rundum das Buffet war eher unfreundlich. An einem Abend wurden wir als Paar unfreundlich von unserem 6er Platz verwiesen, während des Essens, da wir Platz machen sollten für die 6-köpfige Familie. Was ich absolut nachvollziehen kann, es sei dazu gesagt, dass zu diesem Moment kein zweier Tisch frei war und wir uns deshalb an den 6er Tisch setzten. Wie beschrieben es war kein Problem, dass wir uns umsetzen, aber zunächst wurden wir sehr aggressiv angefahren und mussten eine unfreundlichen Art und Weise des Personals, die fast schon aggressiv war dulden. Prinzipiell habe ich auch Verständnis, dafür dass das Personal hart arbeitet und nicht immer gut gelaunt ist. Nichtsdestotrotz war das sehr unangenehm. Die darauffolgenden Abenden haben wir uns vom Buffet ferngehalten. Den größten Schock hatten wir zu Beginn unseres Urlaubs. Wir hatten ursprünglich eine Ferienwohnung gebucht und erhielten ein 22 qm Zimmer. Das Hotelpersonal wirkte nicht sonderlich bereit dazu uns aus diesem Dilemma zu helfen. Als Alternative wurde uns eine überteuerte Junior Suite angeboten, die dem Preis nicht angemessen war.

10.0Ottima struttura a 10 minuti da Cala Agulla. Il cibo era ottimo e abbondante sia a colazione che a cena. Gli ambienti erano puliti, la camera era spaziosa e servita molto bene. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

7.0Freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl, bequeme Betten, schöne Anlage.
− Größter Minuspunkt ist leider die Hellhörigkeit. Die Türen bestehen wirklich nur aus Spanplatten, man hört alles was draußen passiert so laut als wäre es direkt im Zimmer, was natürlich bedeutet hat dass wir keinen Tag ausschlafen konnten.
