Short but enjoyable
9.0The breakfast was wonderful although I do prefer a big mug of tea.
− It was my husband and I staying at the hotel with minimum milk and sugar in our room. We kept having to ask for this as we both enjoy a hot drink at night as well as first thing in the morning.
Location was great, made to feel welcome, restaurant breakfast was good and the room was spacious and clean

4.0Great location, room adequate if dated, bathroom adequate
− Very dated thtoughout. Worst breakfast of any hotel i can remember. No net or privacy screening to window means curtains must be drawn all the time. Very poor value for money. I felt ripped off.

Not 4 stars. 1 star, baybe 2 max.
1.0One of the reception staff was nice and helpful. But everythinig else was dissapointing to say the least.
− No bedside table lamps in the room. The pictures are fake. What kind of 4 star hotel doesn't even have bedisde table lamps? No mini fridge in the room. If you need to keep something cold, such as medicine you'll need to ask the front desk staff daily. That's ridiculous. When did supposedly 4 star hotels remove minibars from rooms? The tables at the breakfast dining room are sticky. They don't clean them properly and have no table cloths. People are way too generous giving stars. It used to mean something to be a 4 star hotel. It now means nothing.
