3.0Maalesef hiçbir şeyi beğenme imkanımız olmadı.
− Öncelikle pansiyona gittiğimizde, tadilat ve karmaşa söz konusuydu, iletişim kurabileceğimiz kimse yoktu ve en basit cümlelerle bile anlaşmakta zorlandık. Otelde neredeyse kimse yoktu, bir avlu gibi yerden geçiliyor ve bu avlu gece çok karanlıktı. Tüm bu sebepler konaklamayı oldukça sessiz ve huzursuz edici hale getirdi. Kahvaltı dâhil olmasına rağmen, tadilat sebebiyle kahvaltı dahi yapamadık, söylemek de istemedik o telaş içerisinde. Tüm bu durum, tadilat meselesi önceden bize bildirilmeliydi. Ancak, dil engeline rağmen bize destek olmaya çalışan hanımefendiye teşekkür ederiz.
Die Atmosphäre und das mittelalterliche Flair in Krumau sind sehr zu empfehlen.
7.0Nähe zum Hauptplatz und zum Parkplatz 1. Das Bett und die Matratze waren sehr bequem. Viele Restaurants, Cafés und Bars...in der Umgebung, sehr zu empfehlen.
− Leider kein Frühstück wegen Umbauarbeiten. Keine Pension mit Rezeption, wie man es kennt. Meldeschein nur online zum Ausfüllen. Auch erhält man nur Online den Schlüsselcode fürs Zimmer. Leider war das Badezimmer nicht sauber. Kein TV im Zimmer, obwohl Anschluss da wäre.

− Cistota. Povleceni smrdelo zatuchlinou tak,ze nas to v noci budilo. Placene parkoviste,ac se na strankach uvadelo,ze majitele davaji kartu od parkoviste. Bez snidane,ac na strankach byla uvedena Zima v pokoji.
Für ein bis zwei Nächte passabel aber länger geht es dort nicht!
5.0Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut. Der problemlose Check-In hat uns auch gefallen, dass war’s aber leider schon.
− Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Bett hat so laut gekracht das wir fast nicht schlafen konnten! Im Badezimmer kam ein sehr penetranter ekliger Geruch heraus. Zudem gab es keinen Fernseher. Das Bett unserer Freunde war total hart und sie konnten auch nicht schlafen
