Aurait pu être très sympathique si nous avions pu dormir correctement.
5.0Son emplacement est très pratique pour visiter la ville. Le personnel est très aimable.
− Annoncer que les chambres sont climatisées alors que le systèmes est en panne. La mise en place de ventilateurs trop bruyant ne facilite pas le sommeil.

9.0Estadia globalmente muito boa, sendo um quarto com boas condições (incluindo ar condicionado), e com camas muito confortáveis. A varanda foi uma surpresa muito positiva. Boa localização (muito próxima de uma entrada do metro) e com um serviço de recepção 24 horas.
− A melhorar o serviço de quartos: achámos o nível de limpeza diária pouco consistente ao longo dos vários dias (faziam camas e trocavam toalhas, mas não lavavam chávenas de chá/café do quarto e nem sempre esvaziaram os sacos do lixo).
