10.0Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Location is right in the middle of the city, next to a shopping centre and close to the railway station. Beds are comfortable and unit was working well for us.

− Believed unit to be ground floor. Unit smelt of mould and musty. Had to have vanilla candles lit every time in unit together with opening of windows and door. Also needed to spray room deoderiser every time I entered.
