The location was superb. We were only staying for a couple of days, but we requested to extend our stay which was accepted. The bed was very comfortable and provided relief for my sore back. The unit set's outlay and views were exceptional.If/when we decide to stay in Cairns again, we will definitely try to secure accommodation here again.

Great complex. Good swimming pool and sauna. Great location, not quite walking distance to main centre, but still handy.

− Spa pool is not currently working.

Great location and size of apartment.

− Apartment was quite dated. Hardly any furniture around the pool - only a few chairs.. we did ask for help with the TV (could not adjust the volume at all) , but nothing was done 😞

Location and view

− Poor cleaning of room prior to arrival. Old outdated facilities and furniture Single beds kept rolling didnt have stoppers. Had to ask after 5 days for more toilet paper and clean sheets and towels Spa didnt work Shower and toilets had other people's hair prior to our family using the facilities. Kitchen facilities were poor not enough tea and coffee, milk, dish washing powered, washing detergent for 8 nights stay. Old outdated random ugly pictures on wall Bathroom tiles leaked water Staff hardly around

The view and the apartment was quite nice

− The spa was flagged off and its been that way for several months now and would of liked a sun lounge to lay down on and relax as there were only chairs available
