− Shower gel but that's just my personal preference.

10.0One comfortable room with big screen on the wall. Though room was pretty small but it was cosy n relaxing.
− Toilet flush was a bit problam but after trying again n again it worked. Housekeeping guys r aware of it.

10.0The staff is exceptional in their efforts and behavior . Technically its a 4 star hotel but provides an experience and hospitality better than a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a great with custom made dishes to your preferences. Love their coffee , i used to drink 3 black coffee every morning in breakfast. The rooms are new and very modern as well as clean .I think i love this hotel .And yes its very close like walking distance to Elante mall , although i am not really a mall type of person .
