10.0We had to book last minute as the roads closed to our destination (Tekapo). The man at reception was very welcoming and kind, our rooms were perfect and so cosy. Great value for money, would definitely go back if ever to return to Ashburton

10.0The staff were so lovely and friendly. They even had the heaters on and curtains closed waiting our arrival. The cleaning staff were lovely and went above and beyond. Also everything we needed was there available in the room.
