7.0Hotel affascinante, posizione ottima, personale molto gentile, stupendi il giardino e la struttura
− Personale valido ma insufficiente. Camera molto bella ma al primo piano senza ascensore con scala ripida: una sola persona (gentilissima) e minuta alla reception ad aiutarci per le valige e noi siamo una coppia over 60: non penso sia un servizio 4 stelle. Nella camera manca macchinetta del caffè. Accesso alla tv molto indaginoso e solo alle app del proprio telefono. Abbiamo prenotato cena al ristorante al nostro arrivo ma la prenotazione non è stata recepita e l'unica soluzione è stata cenare altrove. Colazione buona ma una sola persona addetta al servizio e alla preparazione delle bevande

− Das Personal war überwiegend kühl und hochnäsig. Das Zimmer für 500 Euro pro Nacht stank nach Kanalisation und war renovierungsbedürftig.

Tranquil setting in Amboise
10.0Gorgeous chateau like property with a beautiful garden and pool area. Very peaceful and full of French charm. Staff were wonderful. I felt well rested and rejuvenated after my stay in this beautiful hotel. Great for exploring the Loire Valley and for walking into Amboise.
− Rooms seem a little tired but decor really just added to the charm. Parking is a little tight.

8.0Excellent accueil lors de notre arrivée. Suite royale charmante et spacieuse. Espace piscine très agréable et beaux jardins. Dîner excellent au restaurant. Petite salle avec des petits jeux en bois à disposition, très sympa pour les enfants et les plus grands.
