10.0Accoglienza eccellente, gentilezza dello staff e in particolare della ragazza di Monastir alla reception, Sayr (spero si scriva così). Ottima colazione, molto ricca con prodotti sia dolci che salati e ottima posizione di fronte la spiaggia di Marinella.
− Andrebbero rimodernate alcune cose tipo l'ascensore, i soffioni delle docce o l'aria condizionata assente nelle zone comuni (ad esempio nei corridoi dei piani delle stanze)

− Nulla ma si potrebbe valorizzare molto di più la struttura es la terrazza al 3 piano Da siciliana mi piange il cuore per la pessima gestione della raccolta rifiuti in tutto la zona litoranea. Capisco che non è responsabilità del titolare della struttura ma dobbiamo tutti sentirci coinvolti...

8.0Posizione perfetta, a un passo dalla spiaggia facilmente accessibile. Personale molto cortese e disponibile, il parcheggio dell'hotel non ha molti posti, consigliato prenotare.
− ZTL dalle 21,30 alle 03,00: impossibile raggiungere l'hotel in questa fascia oraria se non si contatta con almeno una settimana di anticipo il comune per avere il pass. Questa cosa non è specificata nel sito e può creare qualche disagio, noi abbiamo dovuto cambiare il programma serale per evitare di usare la macchina.
