9.0Da localização e das piscinas. O primeiro quarto q me destinaram era pequenino. Depois de me queixar na recepção, deram-me um quarto com vista para o mar, com varanda e com 2 camas. Foi óptimo.
− Da limpeza. O espelho da casa de banho, nunca foi limpo. O chão poucas vezes foi aspirado. A água só foi renovada no dia anterior à minha saída. As chávenas nunca foram lavadas.

10.0La ubicación, el estar al lado de la playa, y la piscina. La puerta de acceso a la piscina desde la playa es súper cómoda. El desayuno tiene mucha variedad y la habitación era muy cómoda con un cuarto de baño grande, incluida la ducha.
− Se podría mejorar un poco la zona del jardín de la piscina, el césped, las plantas parecían descuidadas en alguna zona, así como la zona de la pista de juego y el acceso a los baños.

Please note that the access to Thermal Zone has an additional charge of EUR 5 per person/hour and includes: access to the thermo-dynamic pool (2 hydro-massage beds, 1 cascading water, 2 hot tub and counter-current), sauna and Turkish bath and 1 towel - The use of cap and slippers is required. Access is only allowed to children older than 4 years, limited to a specific time and accompanied by an adult.
Please note that the spa center is open from Monday to Friday from 14:00 until 20:00 and from Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 until 20:00.
