2.0La habitación era grande, la cama era cómoda.
− Están ampliando el recinto…fui a descansar y todos los días había maquinaria trabajando desde las 8 am hasta las 6 pm, ¡una locura!. Falta amabilidad por parte de quienes atienden, mucha demora en llevar tragos, y eso si encontrabas a quien pedirle un trago, porque o no te tomaban cuando los llamabas o simplemente pedías y no te lo traían. No hay atención en la playa, solo un refrigerador con cervezas. El baño de damas más cercano a la piscina un asco, sucio, sin seguros en las puertas… La comida muy básica para lo que debería ofrecer un all inclusive, poca variedad más allá de 2 platos “fuertes”. El fin de semana se llena de gente, parece piscina municipal. No lo recomiendo en virtud de su precio/ calidad, he ido a otros all inclusive por ejemplo en punta cana, de igual valor con muchísima mejor calidad en la atención, en la comida, en el sitio en sí.

7.0Localização perfeita, pé na areia. O hotel não é muito grande, mas tem uma boa área de lazer.
− Falta manutenção predial. Fiquei 6 dias sem ar condicionado, apesar de ter reclamado 3 vezes na recepção. Havia vazamento no banheiro e as toalhas eram encardidas e velhas. O atendimento na praia também não é muito bom.

7.0La atención del personal espectacular!!! Mi bebé se cayó de la cama y fuimos al centro de salud más cercano. Estuvieron pendientes, fueron hasta al centro de salud a ver cómo estaba. Agradezco mucho la disposición y amabilidad del personal!!
− La habitación era un poco vieja. No había ascensor para subir. La playa no es apta para el baño, tiene mucho oleaje.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in.
