10.0So convenient, quick walk from Paddington station so easy to access. We had a front room around the corner from the main check in. It was summer and we appreciated the aircon which worked well. Small bathroom but didn’t need it to be bigger. Travelled with a group of 4.

Worn but clean and safe
7.0Ideally located, air con was much appreciated on a warm day. Terrace room was very quiet. Very comfortable bed and linens. No complaints.
− A bit dingy/neglected and rough around the edges, but everything felt safe and clean.
