The room size is similar to a standard double, but this is Superior because of the bigger bed, bathroom with jacuzzi and the large french windows onto the outdoor terrace. The outdoor front terrace is unique only to the Superior Double room and it is the only smoking area available in this nonsmoking hotel. No smoking inside the bedroom, only outside on the balcony.

This air-conditioned small triple room has the exact same facilities as the standard triple room, the only difference is the bedroom size is a bit smaller, therefore best for small suitcases. The bathroom is bigger than the average triple room, only the bedroom is smaller. It is located on the Lower Ground floor/basement level at the rear of the building, so is not as bright as other rooms. It is only half a staircase below ground which means it is ideal if you do not want to walk up/down many stairs. The SMALL Triple has one standard double bed and one single bed. Modern private bathroom with shower, free WiFi, long desk/table, mini fridge, free tea and coffee, and flat screen TV and a window that opens onto a rear internal courtyard. All rooms have a window that opens.

Location location location!
10.0So convenient, quick walk from Paddington station so easy to access. We had a front room around the corner from the main check in. It was summer and we appreciated the aircon which worked well. Small bathroom but didn’t need it to be bigger. Travelled with a group of 4.

Worn but clean and safe
7.0Ideally located, air con was much appreciated on a warm day. Terrace room was very quiet. Very comfortable bed and linens. No complaints.
− A bit dingy/neglected and rough around the edges, but everything felt safe and clean.
