− Nicht das gebuchte Zimmer erhalten und das Bad ist sehr klein. Ausserdem ist es störend, dass die Badezimmertür nicht von selbst offen bleibt.

10.0היינו משפחה של שישה אנשים והזמנו שני חדרים. המלון מודרני, נקי ונוח. החדרים מעט מיושנים, אבל היו נקיים ונוחים לשהייה. המיקום טוב — בערך 25 דקות הליכה ומגיעים לאזור המרכזי והתיירותי של קרקוב. בנוסף, יש בסביבה מספיק מסעדות. יתרון גדול הוא שיש חניה חינם במלון, וזה מאוד נוח למי שמגיע עם רכב. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה ובסדר גמור. לגבי ניקיון יומי של החדרים אני לא יכול באמת להתייחס, מכיוון שהיינו רק לילה אחד. בסך הכול הייתה לנו שהייה טובה ונוחה, ובהחלט מלון שמתאים למשפחה.

Please note that starting 1 April Auschwitz & Birkenau museum will change booking rules. One of the most important changes in the introduction of personal Entry Cards, that is why we advise to book the tour at least 2-3 weeks before arrival as buying tickets at the reception on arrival day will not be possible. The Auschwitz Museum requires guest list much earlier, that is why prebooking is necessary.
Please note that all guests, including children under 18, need to provide a valid ID at check-in to prove their relativity.
