− No one to greet us on arrival, no breakfast included in the price which was expensive and to far away from city centre

10.0Place is great lovely rooms the owners and staff great 👍. Would have preferred if it was nearer town but the bus service was very and bus stops just outside hotel.
− The duvet on the bed was a bit to heavy for the time of year. Otherwise a great 👍
