8.0The location was excellent ,for both Canal Street , China town , and most cultural sites . The residence was clean ,easy to access and the staff ( particularily Rajae) were pleasant and helpful
− The bed was a little soft for me , and as we couldnt open the window it got a little "airless" at times ...
Fantastic welcome and central location
10.0The reception staff were very friendly and inviting, making you feel welcome after a long journey. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our luggage for free to go for lunch and check in later. The apartment was amazing with a great open aspect and facilities and will definitely book again. As a bonus, there were free croissants in the morning and warm drinks 24 hours a day. We really appreciate the late check out as we needed to travel to the airport for our return to Spain and was well worth the small fee. Many thanks for making our vacation enjoyable
