4.0Staff were rude on arrival. The photos and description on the Expedia website were misleading. No working wifi. The reception area was dirty. The room was dusty. Staff could not find remote for Air Conditioning, temperature was 35C degree; eventually managed to find it. TV did not have a remote so did not work. The toilet bowl moves every time you sit on it. It was so close to the wall you had to sit sideways. No toilet roll holder. No shelves in shower for soap or shower gel. Bathroom floor and shower looked like they were never cleaned; looked grimy. Room floor was never cleaned. Will never stay there again.
