2.0Title: Disappointing experience: Special requests ignored We booked our stay at Hotel Villa Wesset with very specific and important requests. Since the hotel does not have an elevator, we explicitly requested a room on the ground floor because my husband is 80 years old and has difficulty climbing stairs. We also requested a double bed. The hotel confirmed that our requests would be met. However, upon arrival, we were given a room on the second floor. My 80-year-old husband had to carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs himself. To make matters worse, instead of the double bed we had asked for, the room had two small, separate single beds. It is highly disappointing that our pre-confirmed requests, which were essential for my husband's comfort and physical well-being, were completely ignored by the staff. I previously submitted this feedback, but the hotel only displayed my rating (4) and omitted the written text of my complaint. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their communication and guest care.

Deluxe Room: The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The surroundings were quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Value: Excellent value for money. Restaurant: Excellent food and service. The meals were delicious, and the staff were friendly and professional.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at Villa Wesset. The team was very professional, friendly, and always helpful. The kitchen and service were top-level, and our room was cozy, comfortable, and charming. The only small downside was that the hotel could use a few more parking spaces. Overall, a great experience and we would gladly visit again.

Quiet and comfortable
10.0I always enjoy my stays at Villa Wesset. It has an "old time feel" to it but is clean and comfortable. Parking could be better, it gets tight in summer time but in winter it really is the perfect place. I especially love their restaurant, very romantic and good food.
Good to know
The hotel requires a valid passport or an ID card for all guests as proof of ID.
Please note that extra bed policies vary during New Year.
From August 2024 to May 2025, Supeluse Street will be closed for reconstruction work. Access to us is available via Roosi Street. If you arrive by car, you can park in the courtyard. The hotel's parking spaces are free, but there are a limited number of them and they are not reserved. If the hotel's parking spaces are already occupied, you can park on the streets, where is PAID parking area. We recommend Tammsaare, Roosi and Lehe streets for parking. During the work, there will be noise, and traffic on both Supeluse and Tammsaare streets will be altered with temporary traffic signs. We kindly ask for your patience.
